Wind-tunnel validated, then tuned for the road.

Polaris rim profiles are shaped around real riding conditions, not a single lab number. Each depth is validated in the GST wind tunnel across 0 to 15 degrees of yaw, then tuned for steering balance so the wheel stays fast, stable, and predictable when the wind shifts.

Impeccable construction

Exceptional quality

Manufactured with state-of-the-art techniques for quality and lightness, Polaris rims have stood up to the scrutiny of ultrasonic inspections, borescope inspections, and digital microscopy with zero cracks, delaminations, or structural issues detected.

Read the inspection report by Carbon Craft X, an independent, certified non-destructive testing workshop.

Polaris reviews

The 42mm is awesome! I rode through some hard cross winds and 80kph descent on Mt Baker. The wheels were solid. I didn't feel a thing in the cross wind and I could corner very confidently on it. I'm loving the Pirelli tubeless setup with both my Polaris sets.

Oh my goodness, these wheels make my bike into a rocket! I can't believe the acceleration that I'm getting from them!

I am genuinely quite impressed by this wheelset. It just gives you versatility, comfort, suspension. With this, you can stay in the saddle longer, you can pedal longer, you can pedal smoothly. You can take better lines through the corners. Being able to drop the pressures without worrying about punctures is a Godsend.

Polaris 42mm

The comfort and astonishingly low weight (1300g) belie the stiffness and responsiveness of the wheelset. In short, the Polaris 42 is a thoroughly modern, well designed, all-around wheelset and will be my main go-to wheel for most of my rides. I really like them!

Meet Polaris Superlight.

Polaris SL, our flagship wheelset, takes the stable, wind-tuned Polaris platform and uses Toray T800, T1000, and M40J carbon across a more intricate rim schedule, cutting roughly 70g per rim set while improving impact strength from 90J to 120J.

The result is the feeling racers want from a lightweight wheel: sharper acceleration, lower rotational inertia, and a rim that still feels planted when the road turns ugly.
